الدرج لا يطابق المتوقع

من أين يأتي الفرق بين ما عُدّ وما يتوقعه Weave، وكيف تجده.

عند إغلاق الجلسة يقارن Weave ما عددته بما يجب أن يكون في كل درج: النقد الافتتاحي، زائد ما دخل، ناقص الباقي والمرتجعات، زائد أو ناقص النقد الذي حُرّك. لا تعدّل العدّ ليطابق: سجّل ما عددته.

الأسباب الأكثر شيوعاً

نقد أُخرج ولم يُسجَّل: لدفع مورد أو مصروف أو إيداع في الخزنة. سجّل كل حركة كما في إدخال النقد إلى الدرج وإخراجه.
باقٍ بالعملة الخطأ: أُعطي الباقي بالدولار من درج الليرة أو العكس.
دفعة سُجّلت بطريقة خطأ: بطاقة سُجّلت نقداً، أو ليرة سُجّلت دولاراً.
عدّ ناقص: أوراق في درج آخر أو في الخزنة.

كيف تجده

افتح سجل الجلسات وانظر الفرق في كل درج.
افتح التقارير ← سجل نقطة البيع لتلك الجلسة، واختر طريقة الدفع لترى ما دُفع بكل منها.
قارن مجموع النقد بما عُدّ، وراجع حركات النقد في الجلسة.

الفرق يُسجَّل كما هو. فرق يتكرر مع الشخص نفسه أو الدرج نفسه يستحق حديثاً.

The drawer does not balance

Where a difference between what was counted and what Weave expects comes from, and how to find it.

When you close the shift, Weave compares what you counted with what each drawer should hold: the float, plus what came in, less change and refunds, plus or minus cash moved. Do not adjust the count to match: record what you counted.

The usual causes

Cash taken out and not recorded: to pay a supplier or an expense, or into the safe. Record every movement as in Move cash in and out of the drawer.
Change in the wrong currency: dollars given from the pound drawer or the other way round.
A payment recorded the wrong way: card recorded as cash, or pounds as dollars.
A short count: notes in another drawer or in the safe.

How to find it

Open Shift history and look at the difference in each drawer.
Open Reports → Till register for that shift, and choose a Payment method to see what was paid each way.
Compare the cash total with what was counted, and go through the cash movements of the shift.

The difference is recorded as it is. A difference that keeps coming back for the same person or the same drawer is worth a conversation.
