كل جلسة أُغلقت بأرقام كل درج، وكل عملية بيع على نقاط البيع، لأي فترة.

افتح مكتب نقطة البيع ← سجل الجلسات. لكل جلسة مغلقة سطر لكل درج: نقطة البيع، وأمين الصندوق، ووقت الفتح والإغلاق، والعملة التي عُدّ بها الدرج، والمتوقع، والمبلغ المعدود، والفرق، ومبيعات الجلسة.

اختر الفترة، أو نقطة بيع، أو أمين صندوق لتضييق القائمة. الفرق الذي يتكرّر عند الشخص نفسه أو في الدرج نفسه يستحق الحديث عنه.

سجل نقطة البيع

افتح التقارير ← سجل نقطة البيع. يعرض كل عملية بيع ومرتجع على نقاط البيع: التاريخ، والفاتورة، ورقم إيصال نقطة البيع، ونقطة البيع، وأمين الصندوق، والعميل، وطريقة الدفع، والمبلغ.

استخدم تجميع حسب لترى المجموع لكل نقطة بيع أو لكل أمين صندوق أو لكل عميل أو لكل طريقة دفع، وحدّد إرجاع لترى المرتجعات وحدها. مدير المتجر يرى فرعه فقط.

Shift history

Open Till office → Shift history. Each closed shift has a line per drawer: the till, the cashier, when it opened and closed, the currency the drawer is counted in, what was Expected, what was Counted, the Difference, and the shift's sales.

The pound drawer shows in pounds, the dollar drawer in dollars.

Choose a period, a till or a cashier to narrow the list. A difference that keeps appearing for the same person or the same drawer is worth a conversation.

The till register

Open Reports → Till register. It lists every sale and refund rung on the tills: the date, the invoice, the till receipt number, the till, the cashier, the customer, the payment method and the amount.

Every sale in the chosen period.

Use Group by to see totals per till, cashier, customer or payment method, and tick Is Return to see refunds only. A store manager sees their own branch.
