المرتجعات على الحاسوب

المرتجع الذي لا يتمّ على نقطة البيع يُنجز من عملية البيع الأصلية على الحاسوب، بالقواعد نفسها.

بعض المرتجعات تحتاج إلى قرار المدير، فتُنجز على الحاسوب بدل نقطة البيع: مرتجع من دون إيصال، أو عملية بيع من الفرع الآخر، أو عملية بيع عليها ضريبة. تنبّهك نقطة البيع عندما يكون المرتجع من هذا النوع.

الخطوات

  1. افتح عملية البيع الأصلية: ابحث برقم الفاتورة أو برقم نقطة البيع في خانة بحث، أو من المبيعات ← الفواتير.
  2. اضغط استرداد الأموال في أعلى الصفحة.
  3. اختر الردّ بعملة الدولار أو الليرة. يعرض Weave ما يجب ردّه بالضبط ومن أي درج.
  4. اضغط استمر. يفتح Weave المرتجع وفيه كل بنود عملية البيع. احذف البنود التي لا تُرجَع أو خفّض كمياتها، ثم اضغط تأكيد.

القواعد هي قواعد نقطة البيع نفسها: سعر الصرف الذي تمّت به عملية البيع، والليرة فقط إذا دخلت الليرة في العملية، ولا يُردّ أكثر مما بيع. إذا لم يكفِ درج الليرة يُدفع ما فيه والباقي بالدولار.

Refunds on the computer

A refund the till cannot do is given from the original sale on the computer, under the same rules.

Some refunds need a manager's decision, so they are given on the computer instead of the till: a refund with no receipt, a sale from the other branch, or a sale that carried tax. The till tells you when a refund is one of these.

Steps

  1. Open the original sale: search for its invoice number or till number in Search, or find it in Sales → Invoices.
  2. Press Give refund at the top of the page.
  3. Choose to Hand back in dollars or pounds. Weave shows exactly what to hand back and from which drawer.
  4. Press Continue. Weave opens the refund with every line of the sale. Remove the lines that are not coming back or lower their quantities, then press Submit.

The rules are the till's: the rate the sale was made at, pounds only if pounds touched the sale, and never more back than was sold. If the pound drawer cannot cover it, it pays what it holds and the rest in dollars.
