باختصار:

نجمع أقل ما يلزم من البيانات لنردّ عليك ونقدّم لك الخدمة.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتتبّع.
بيانات متجرك ملك لك. نحفظها ونعالجها نيابةً عنك فقط.

1. من نحن

تُقدَّم خدمة Weave، وهي نظام لإدارة متاجر التجزئة يعمل عبر الإنترنت، إلى جانب تطبيق Weave Companion للهاتف والموقع erpweave.com، من قِبل عماد رباح («نحن»). العنوان: لبنان.

2. ما تشمله هذه السياسة

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية في حالتين:

زوّار الموقع وعملاؤنا: من يطلب عرضاً توضيحياً، وأصحاب المتاجر المشتركة في Weave والمسؤولون فيها. نحن هنا المسؤولون عن هذه البيانات.
بيانات متجرك داخل Weave: ما يُدخله المتجر من عملاء وموردين وموظفين ومبيعات. المتجر هو المسؤول عن هذه البيانات، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه ووفق تعليماته فقط (القسم 7).

3. البيانات التي نجمعها

نموذج طلب العرض التوضيحي: الاسم، واسم العمل التجاري، ورقم الهاتف أو WhatsApp، والبريد الإلكتروني إن أدخلته، ورسالتك، ولغة الصفحة.
حساب الاشتراك: أسماء المسؤولين عن المتجر وبيانات التواصل معهم وبيانات الفوترة.
بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الطلب، تسجّلها خوادمنا وشبكة Cloudflare لحماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة استخدامها.
تفضيلات في متصفحك: يحفظ الموقع اللغة التي تختارها في متصفحك نفسه. لا تُرسَل إلينا، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو للتتبّع.

4. لماذا نستخدمها

للتواصل معك بشأن طلبك، وترتيب العرض التوضيحي، وإرسال عرض سعر لمتجرك.
لتقديم الخدمة ودعمها وفوترتها، وإبلاغك بالتحديثات المهمة.
لحماية الخدمة واكتشاف الأعطال ومحاولات الدخول غير المشروع.
للوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية والمحاسبية.

لا نرسل إليك رسائل تسويقية إلا إذا طلبت ذلك، ويمكنك إيقافها متى شئت.

5. من يعالج البيانات معنا

نستعين بعدد محدود من مزوّدي الخدمات، ولكلٍّ منهم ما يلزمه فقط:

Cloudflare: استضافة هذا الموقع وحماية الاتصال بالخدمة.
DigitalOcean: الخوادم التي تعمل عليها متاجر Weave، في ألمانيا (فرانكفورت).
Backblaze: حفظ النسخ الاحتياطية، وهي مشفّرة قبل خروجها من خوادمنا.
Brevo: إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني، ومنها طلبات العرض التوضيحي.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة. وقد نفصح عنها إذا ألزمنا القانون أو أمر قضائي بذلك.

6. نقل البيانات خارج لبنان

تعمل خوادمنا ومزوّدو الخدمات المذكورون خارج لبنان. نختار مزوّدين يلتزمون بحماية البيانات، ونحمي البيانات أثناء نقلها بالتشفير.

7. بيانات متجرك داخل Weave

بيانات متجرك ملك لك. نعالجها لتقديم الخدمة فقط، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر.
لكل متجر قاعدة بيانات منفصلة وعنوان خاص به، ولا يطّلع أي متجر على بيانات متجر آخر.
لا يدخل فريقنا إلى بيانات متجرك إلا لتقديم الدعم الذي تطلبه، أو لإصلاح عطل، أو إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
تستطيع تصدير بياناتك في أي وقت. وعند انتهاء الاشتراك نحتفظ بها مدة 30 يوماً لتصديرها، ثم نحذفها.
المتجر مسؤول عن إبلاغ عملائه وموظفيه بالبيانات التي يحفظها عنهم في Weave، وعن الردّ على طلباتهم بشأنها، ونساعده في ذلك.

8. مدة الاحتفاظ

طلبات العرض التوضيحي: حتى 24 شهراً إن لم تصبح عميلاً، ثم نحذفها.
بيانات الاشتراك والفوترة: طوال مدة الاشتراك، ثم المدة التي يفرضها القانون للسجلات المحاسبية.
بيانات المتجر: طوال مدة الاشتراك و30 يوماً بعده، كما في القسم 7.
النسخ الاحتياطية: تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 90 يوماً من إنشائها.
السجلات التقنية: مدة قصيرة لا تتجاوز ما تحتاجه الحماية واكتشاف الأعطال.

9. كيف نحميها

كل اتصال بالموقع وبالمتاجر مشفّر (HTTPS).
النسخ الاحتياطية مشفّرة، وتُحفظ بمفتاح لا يسمح بحذفها أو تغييرها.
يدخل كل مستخدم بحسابه الخاص، ويرى فقط ما تسمح به صلاحياته، ويُسجَّل ما يغيّره.

10. حقوقك

يحقّ لك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية لدينا، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو أن تعترض على استخدامها. راسلنا على [email protected] وسنردّ خلال 30 يوماً. إذا كانت بياناتك محفوظة لدى متجر يستخدم Weave، فتوجّه إلى المتجر أولاً، وسنساعده في تلبية طلبك.

نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق القانون اللبناني رقم 81 الصادر عام 2018 بشأن المعاملات الإلكترونية والبيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي.

11. الأطفال

Weave خدمة للأعمال التجارية، وليست موجّهة إلى من هم دون 18 عاماً.

12. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث تاريخ سريانها في أعلى الصفحة، ونبلغ عملاءنا مسبقاً بأي تغيير جوهري.

In short:

We collect as little as we need to reply to you and to run the service.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies.
Your shop's data belongs to you. We keep and process it only on your behalf.

1. Who we are

Emad Rabah ("we") provides Weave, an online system for running retail shops, together with the Weave Companion phone app and the website erpweave.com. Address: Lebanon.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data in two cases:

Visitors and our customers: people who request a demo, and the owners and managers of shops that subscribe to Weave. Here we are responsible for the data.
Your shop's data in Weave: the customers, suppliers, staff and sales a shop records. The shop is responsible for that data, and we process it only on its behalf and on its instructions (section 7).

3. The data we collect

The demo request form: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if you give it, your message, and the page language.
Your subscription: the names and contact details of the shop's managers, and billing details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of a request, logged by our servers and by Cloudflare to protect the service and stop abuse.
Preferences in your browser: the site keeps the language you choose in your own browser. It is not sent to us, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Why we use it

To contact you about your request, arrange your demo and send a quote for your shop.
To provide, support and bill the service, and tell you about important updates.
To protect the service and detect faults and attempts to break in.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We send marketing messages only if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.

5. Who processes data with us

We use a small number of service providers, each given only what it needs:

Cloudflare: hosts this website and protects connections to the service.
DigitalOcean: the servers Weave shops run on, in Germany (Frankfurt).
Backblaze: stores backups, which are encrypted before they leave our servers.
Brevo: sends email, including demo requests.

We never sell or rent personal data. We may disclose it when the law or a court order requires us to.

6. Data outside Lebanon

Our servers and the providers above operate outside Lebanon. We choose providers that commit to protecting data, and we encrypt data while it travels.

7. Your shop's data in Weave

Your shop's data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service and use it for nothing else.
Each shop has its own separate database and its own address, and no shop can see another shop's data.
Our team opens your shop's data only to give support you ask for, to fix a fault, or when the law requires it.
You can export your data at any time. When a subscription ends, we keep the data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.
The shop is responsible for telling its customers and staff what it keeps about them in Weave and for answering their requests, and we help it do so.

8. How long we keep it

Demo requests: up to 24 months if you do not become a customer, then deleted.
Subscription and billing data: for the life of the subscription, then as long as the law requires for accounting records.
Shop data: for the life of the subscription and 30 days after, as in section 7.
Backups: removed automatically 90 days after they are made.
Technical logs: for a short time, no longer than protection and fault finding need.

9. How we protect it

Every connection to the website and to the shops is encrypted (HTTPS).
Backups are encrypted and stored with a key that cannot delete or change them.
Each user signs in with their own account, sees only what their permissions allow, and what they change is recorded.

10. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. If your data is held by a shop that uses Weave, contact the shop first, and we will help it answer you.

We process personal data under Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.

11. Children

Weave is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page, and we tell our customers in advance about any significant change.
