موظف لا يرى فرعاً أو تقريراً أو التكلفة

لماذا لا يظهر لموظف ما تتوقعه، وأين تغيّر ذلك.

ما يراه كل شخص في Weave يأتي من ثلاثة أشياء: عمله، وفروعه، ومفاتيح عمله. كلها في إضافة الموظفين وتحديد عمل كل منهم وفرعه.

• لا يرى فرعاً: له في الإعدادات ← صلاحية الوصول إلى الفروع صفّان لفرع واحد، المستودع ومركز التكلفة. أضف صفّين للفرع الآخر إن كان يعمل فيه أيضاً.
• لا يرى التكلفة أو مجمل الربح أو قيمة المخزون: مفتاح «الاطلاع على التكاليف» مطفأ لعمله في الإعدادات ← صلاحيات كل دور.
• لا يرى ما يدين به العملاء: مفتاح «الاطلاع على أرصدة العملاء» مطفأ لعمله.
• لا يرى تقريراً: التقرير ليس من عمله. التقارير المالية للمالك والمحاسب.
• لا يرى نقطة البيع: لم يُضف إلى نقطة بيع في تهيئة نقطة البيع.

بعد أي تغيير، يُعيد الشخص تحميل الصفحة ليرى الجديد. لتعرف من غيّر صلاحية ومتى، افتح سجل التدقيق.

Someone cannot see a branch, a report or the cost

Why someone does not see what you expect, and where to change it.

What each person sees in Weave comes from three things: their job, their branches, and their job's switches. All three are in Add staff, give each a job and a branch.

• They cannot see a branch: under Settings → Branch access they have two rows for one branch, the warehouse and the cost centre. Add two rows for the other branch if they work there too.
• They cannot see cost, gross profit or stock value: the switch "See what things cost" is off for their job in Settings → What each role can do.
• They cannot see what customers owe: the switch "See customer balances" is off for their job.
• They cannot see a report: the report is not part of their job. The finance reports are for the owner and the accountant.
• They cannot see the till: they have not been added to a till in Till settings.

After any change, the person reloads the page to see it. To know who changed a permission and when, open the Audit log.
