تسجيل سعر الصرف اليوم

سجّل سعر الليرة كل صباح قبل أول عملية بيع. يستخدمه Weave في كل سعر ودفعة وإيصال بالليرة.

من يسجّل السعر: المالك، وكل عمل سمحت له بتغيير سعر الصرف من الإعدادات ← صلاحيات كل دور.

الخطوات

  1. في الصفحة الرئيسية اضغط سعر الصرف اليوم. يمكنك أيضاً فتح الإعدادات ← العملات وأسعار الصرف ثم جديد.
  2. في التاريخ اختر تاريخ اليوم.
  3. تأكّد أن من العملة هي USD وأن إلى العملة هي LBP.
  4. في سعر الصرف اكتب السعر الذي تتعامل به فعلاً، مثل 89500.
  5. أبقِ للبيع وللشراء محدّدين، ثم اضغط حفظ.

بعد الحفظ يظهر السعر الجديد في الصفحة الرئيسية تحت سعر الليرة اليوم مع وقت تسجيله.

كيف يستخدم Weave السعر

  • يستخدم Weave أحدث سعر سجّلته في تاريخ البيع أو قبله. إذا كان آخر سعر مسجّل من الأسبوع الماضي، فهو السعر الذي تستخدمه مبيعات اليوم بالليرة.
  • لا يجلب Weave السعر من أي مصدر ولا يقدّره. إذا لم تسجّل سعراً جديداً، يستمر العمل بآخر سعر سجّلته.
  • إذا لم يُسجَّل أي سعر من قبل، تُرفض عملية البيع بالليرة، ويبقى البيع بالدولار ممكناً.
  • تحتفظ كل عملية بيع بالسعر الذي تمّت به. تسجيل سعر جديد لاحقاً لا يغيّر أي عملية سابقة.
  • إذا مضى على آخر سعر أكثر من المدة التي حدّدها متجرك، يُنبَّه أمين الصندوق، أو يُرفض البيع بالليرة حتى يُسجَّل سعر جديد، بحسب إعداد متجرك.

عند تغيّر السعر خلال اليوم

سجّل سعراً جديداً بالطريقة نفسها. لا تعدّل سعراً سجّلته من قبل: التعديل لا يغيّر المبيعات التي تمّت به، ويصعّب تتبّع ما حدث.

File today's exchange rate

File the pound rate every morning before the first sale. Weave uses it for every price, payment and receipt in pounds.

Who files it: the owner, and any job you have allowed to change the exchange rate in Settings → What each role can do.

Steps

  1. On the home page press Today's rate. You can also open Settings → Currencies and rates and press New.
  2. In Date, choose today.
  3. Check that From Currency is USD and To Currency is LBP.
  4. In Exchange Rate, type the rate you are actually trading at, such as 89500.
  5. Leave For Selling and For Buying ticked, then press Save.
A new exchange rate from dollars to pounds
Today's rate: one dollar is 89,500 pounds.

Once saved, the new rate shows on the home page under Today's pound rate, with the time it was filed.

How Weave uses the rate

  • Weave uses the newest rate you filed on or before the date of the sale. If the newest rate is last week's, today's pound sales use it.
  • Weave never fetches a rate and never estimates one. If you file nothing new, it keeps using the last rate you filed.
  • If no rate has ever been filed, a pound sale is refused. Dollar sales still work.
  • Every sale keeps the rate it was made at. Filing a new rate later changes no earlier sale.
  • When the last rate is older than your shop allows, the cashier is warned, or pound sales are refused until a new rate is filed, depending on your shop's setting.

When the rate moves during the day

File a new rate the same way. Do not edit a rate you have already filed: editing does not change the sales made at it, and it makes the day harder to follow.
