استلام الدفع بالدولار والليرة والبطاقة

اكتب ما سلّمك العميل في كل خانة، واختر عملة الباقي، ثم أتمّ عملية البيع.

الخطوات

  1. بعد الضغط على الدفع يظهر المبلغ المستحق بالدولار، ومقابله بالليرة بسعر اليوم.
  2. اكتب ما سلّمك العميل: الدولار في خانة الدولار، والليرة في خانة الليرة، أو في الاثنتين معاً. إذا دفع بالبطاقة فاكتب المبلغ في خانة البطاقة.
  3. اختر إعطاء الباقي بـ الدولار أو الليرة، بحسب ما يفضّله العميل وما في الدرج.
  4. اضغط إتمام عملية البيع. يُطبع الإيصال برقم نقطة البيع. الطباعة مجدداً تعيد طباعته، وعملية بيع جديدة تبدأ العملية التالية.

دفع بأكثر من طريقة

يمكن تقسيم المبلغ بين الدولار والليرة والبطاقة. يعرض Weave ما بقي مستحقاً بعد كل خانة.

الباقي بالليرة

يُقرَّب الباقي بالليرة إلى أقرب 1,000 ليرة، لأنه لا توجد ورقة أصغر. أعطِ العميل الرقم الظاهر على الشاشة تماماً. يجمع Weave فروقات التقريب خلال الجلسة ويعرضها عند الإغلاق.

إذا رُفضت عملية البيع

إذا رفض الخادم عملية البيع، لأن سعراً أو سعر الصرف تغيّر، أو لأن الخصم أعلى من حدّك، تعود نقطة البيع إلى العملية وتذكر السبب، ولا يُسجَّل شيء. صحّح السبب وأتمّ العملية مرة أخرى.

Type what the customer handed you into each box, choose the change currency, then complete the sale.

Steps

  1. After you press Pay, the Amount due shows in dollars, with its value in pounds at today's rate.
  2. Type what the customer handed you: dollars in the dollar box, pounds in the pound box, or both. For a card payment, type the amount in the card box.
  3. Choose Give change in dollars or pounds, whichever the customer prefers and the drawer can give.
  4. Press Complete sale. The receipt prints with the till's receipt number. Print again reprints it, and New sale starts the next one.

Paying more than one way

A payment can be split between dollars, pounds and card. Weave shows what is still due after each box.

Change in pounds

Pound change is rounded to the nearest 1,000 pounds, because there is no smaller note. Hand over exactly the figure on the screen. Weave adds up the rounding over the shift and shows it when you close.

If a sale is refused

If the server refuses a sale, because a price or the rate changed or a discount is above your limit, the till goes back to the sale and says why, and nothing is recorded. Correct it and complete it again.
