الميزانيات

سقف إنفاق لكل بند في كل فرع، وتنبيه عندما يتجاوزه أحد.

  1. افتح المالية ← الميزانيات واضغط إضافة.
  2. في الميزانية حسب اختر مركز التكلفة، ثم فرعه.
  3. اختر السنة المالية، والحساب مثل الكهرباء، واكتب مبلغ الميزانية للسنة.
  4. اترك التوزيع بالتساوي محدداً ليُقسم المبلغ على الأشهر، ثم اضغط حفظ وتأكيد.

عندما تتجاوز نفقة الميزانية، يحذّرك Weave عند تسجيلها. الدفاتر المالية للمحاسب الذي يحتاج إلى نسخة ثانية من الحسابات بقواعد أخرى، ولا يحتاجها معظم المتاجر.

Budgets

A spending limit for each heading in each branch, and a warning when someone goes over it.

  1. Open Finance → Budgets and press Add.
  2. In Budget Against, choose cost centre, then the branch's.
  3. Choose the financial year and the Account, such as electricity, and type the year's Budget Amount.
  4. Leave Distribute Equally ticked to spread it over the months, then press Save and Submit.

When an expense takes a heading over its budget, Weave warns as it is recorded. Finance books are for an accountant who needs a second set of the accounts under other rules; most shops never need them.
