The Sales and expenses report with profit and cash by branch
A column for each branch, and one for the total.

What it shows

  • Profit: sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit, expenses and net profit.
  • Cash: money in and money out, each named: sales taken, customers paid, suppliers paid, expenses paid, salary advances, and the owner's money in or out. Then the cash in each account at the end of the period.
  • Expenses by heading: each heading and its share of the total.
  • Notes: pay-later sales and customers' payments in the period, so you can see why profit and cash differ.

Every figure is in dollars, and pound drawers show their dollar value. What the owner takes for themselves is not an expense.
