What owners ask us first.
What kind of business is Weave for?
Retailers with one or more shops: clothing, shoes, cosmetics, pharmacies, electronics, mini-markets and similar. If you sell from a till and buy from suppliers, Weave fits.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Weave runs in the browser on any computer, at your own address. Companion installs on Android phones. Receipt printers, barcode scanners and label printers plug into the till computer.
What happens when the internet goes down?
A prepared till keeps selling, refunding and recording cash, then sends everything when the connection returns. Companion can look up products and save counts and expenses offline. Other work needs a connection.
Can my accountant work in Weave?
Yes. Weave keeps a full set of books with a Lebanese chart of accounts, VAT, and reports that print or export to Excel. Your accountant can have their own sign-in with the access they need.
Can I bring my existing products and balances?
Yes. Products with their sizes and colours, opening stock, customers and suppliers import from Excel. Weave checks every row and tells you what to fix before anything is created.
